Tips on how to form negative sentences and questions:
in negative sentences we put not between the form be and the verb.
Ex: I am not talking.
You are not kidding.
She is not playing.
in questions form, we simply swop the places of subject and the form of be, and add the question mark.
Ex: Am i playing?
Are you kidding?
Is it playing?
